Display Policy

• If you wish to display posters/fliers of your academic Societies, please apply from the form.
• In principle, only items for which applications have been made in advance may be displayed.
• As space for posting and installation is limited, we may not be able to meet your request or may limit the number of posters to display.
• The Secretariat reserves the right to refuse to display or install items that have no relevance or are deemed inappropriate for the conference.
• After the Congress, the Secretariat will dispose of the remaining posters.
• Please note that the venue and the Secretariat cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
