- All participants must register online to participate on-site or online.
- Due to the COVID-19 countermeasures, the number of on-site participants is limited to 700.
- All payment must be made via credit card. Credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., the secretariat office.
- Those who register during the Early Bird registration period and select “pay later” are required to make a full payment by the end of Early Bird registration period. Those who failed to pay in full by that date, their registration category will be changed to Standard/On-site registration, and the registration fee applied will be changed accordingly.
- When those who registered for online participation change to on-site , the difference in registration fees will be charged.
- When those who registered for on-site participation change to online, the difference will not be refunded.
- Students are required to submit their valid student ID to register as “Student”.
Registration fees include followings

- The payment method is credit card only.
- Those who register during the Early Bird registration period can select “pay later” but asked to make a full payment until the end of Early Bird registration period.
- Those who failed to pay in full by that date, their registration category will be changed to Standard/On-site registration, and the registration fee applied is changed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation.
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration.
